The technical inspection of Ukrainian naval units that joined the Russian Black Sea Fleet will be completed by the end of 2014 published by the news agency RIA Novosti (RN).

Regarding the operational readiness of Ternopil, the ship had been prepared to develop in April in the sea of Aden where would perform patrols to tackle piracy. The Black Sea Fleet, had his doubts about the operational status of several ships at anchor in the Bay of Sevastopol Streletskaya, including minelayer.
